Basic Custom Designed Informational Website Quote:

      Includes:

• Custom design of 1 HTML Home Page and 1 corresponding HTML interior page.
• Inclusion of your text and photos (if applicable) in up to 5 pages.
• 3 Digital image/pictures of your property or other legal objects, items, etc. that you wish to have included on the web site.
• Professional stock photography images from our current library, if needed, to help establish site theme.
• User friendly navigation menu on all pages.
• Basic site optimization to enhance search engine rankings.
• Submission of the website to 10+ free search engines. (Includes Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Excite, Hotbot, Infoseek, Nlsearch, Webcrawler, Whatyouseek, Infomak, etc.
• Minor changes and updates to the web site for 2 weeks immediately following completion. (Not to exceed 2 hrs)
  

      Does not include:

• Domain Name (Domain name registration is currently $7.95 a year through most companies.)
• Web Hosting (We can recommend a good hosting company - or you may use your own web hosting.)
• Updating of web pages after 2 weeks following completion (We can set you up with a monthly maintenance package at a reasonable price.)
